Chair Stretches Workshop

This is good for teachers, students, office at work or home, or anyone needing to stretch with limited time and space. Learn easy to remember stretches to relieve tight hips, necks, shoulders and backs. Learn some stress reducing breathing exercises. Learn a few seated core strengtheners.

Any chair can be used and these kinds of stretches can be done right at your desk. Please message me to book your seat. The workshop is in two weeks time and will be 90 minutes long. Date: 29 September 2018, Saturday.
