Zooming in from your living room

So we have resorted to only online classes for a few months now in the light of the restrictions here. There are pros and cons. Being a person who looks on the bright side I can tell you some positives:
-The commute to Yoga/Pilates could not be easier
Just take a walk out of here into there and you are ready for your class. Even with the small living spaces in Hong Kong there is always a place for a mat.
- The weather does not matter
With our January classes being all outdoors there were a few days where we would be freezing cold or rained on. We don't even have to check the weather for our Zoom classes
- Mute function allows spouses, kids, dogs all to carry on living as usual during class. I am amazed at the Focus of you all as your family walk around your mats as you keep on doing your class. Well done for finding the time for you!
So if you haven't tried a Zoom class yet, give it a go. We may only have a couple more weeks and then its back to small group classes. Looking forward to seeing you all in person again. Thanks to all of you who have kept regularly attending during this time. You are much appreciated!
