This is a High Intensity Course of Pilates classes designed to help to you Shred the fat, keep the muscle and get fitter before Christmas. It is a challenge to get up a little earlier as well to kick start the metabolism. If you are still hanging on to summer weight then now is the time to release it.
Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30am - 8.15am
