Pilates New Year Shredder 2019

This Pilates Shredder is designed to help you to lost any excess weight perhaps gained after Christmas. What a great way to start the New Year! The workouts are 45 minutes long - which is enough to fit in core exercises and a few other metabolism lifting ones too. Attendees report feeling energized for the rest of the day and also great that they have got their workout in for the day before work. There are just 8 sessions for this Course which is just enough to see results. We are neatly fitting it in between New Year and Chinese New Year!
