Here are a few photos from a modeling shoot for a pamphlet for Pilates Bands that I was asked to do.

What a fun day.

The Clam is a fantastic exercise for Hips and Glutes. And it kinda feels like lying on the beach plus a little hard work :)

Rotator cuff pulls are great for prehabilitation - always better than rehabilitation. Tennis players, mums reaching back in the car for babies, trolley pulling - all good to keep you strong for that and prevent injury.

Yep, one of the best glute exercises ever. Remember to engage hamstrings which are the elevator to the butt, by pressing heels into the floor and feeling like you are dragging them closer to you.

Help me up! My tummy is popping out as I laugh at holding this move in the middle. A Roll Up. I love this unedited edition showing how challenging this exercise is and nice to get a little help! When I began Pilates this particular move took me a good few weeks to get and now we use bands which are a help too. Tummy needs to be sucked in a little more than what I am demonstrating!

Who needs weights for side lateral raises? The band works well.

Work the front of the deltoid too for summer arms.

This was for Aldi in Australia for a promotion for selling bands which was in February 2021.
